1. ANAMUDI



Anamudi is the highest trekng spot in kerala.This mountain is located in Ernakulam Dist and Idukki Dist around 2695 meters (8,842 ft). it is the highest peak in the South India and in Western Ghats.If we go for the trekking we will must take the forest dept permission.The trek is very challenging and good health level and you go there any time during the day.The place was  like hiking. This is the one of must visit trekking spot in Kerala.And time best time for trekking between November to May.


2. CHOKRAMUDI PEAK 


Chokramudi peak is a wonderful place for trekking. The trekking was difficult for childrens and unhealthed people.It is located in Munnar,Idukki Dist.Chokramudi peak is one of  highest in Munnar.The peak gives a beautiful view of  tea plantations,Anamudi peak and Idduki Dam.The peak was around 7,200 feet.It is a 10 km  long trek that can be easly covered in 4 to 5 hr.It was the one of the beauty of Western Ghats.December to February was the must visit time. 


3. AGASTHIYAR MALA



Agathiyar mala was located in Thiruvanathapuram Dist.The trekkng was open for every year from second week of january and till closed after 45 day.The agathiyarkoodam was its ecological and religious importance.The Agathyarkoodam wsa around  1,868 meter hightes(6129 FT).And the Agathiyarkoodam is the  pilgrimage center for devotees of Hindu saga Agasthya.itz also know as the pothigal hills.It is a adventures spot also.


4. MEESHAPULI MALA

Meeshapuli is situated in Idukki Dist.This is the second largest peak in South India.Its height is 2640 meter above from sea level.This was a highly dangerous spot to trekking because of wild animals and rainy forest.Its not a dificult trek. If you want to go there take a entry pass from KFDC ( Kerala Forest Development Corporation).The trekking time take 3 to 4 hours if the climate is advantage. There the kFDC has a tent stay in night it was so amazing.The trek was a vishual treat.
